As most of you know, the second movie in the Chronicles of Narnia series entitled: "The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian" had its North American theatrical release yesterday. I went yesterday with a group of friends and all of us came to the unanimous conclusion that we hated the movie. I especially was very disappointed with this film. While it was visually pleasing, the acting was fairly terrible and the story was presented in a completely uninteresting way that really took away from the depth of the book. The changes made to the book also made the movie a great deal more confusing than it needed to be. My favorite part of the movie was the small time Tilda Swinton spent on screen and the few lines she delivered. I really liked her as the White Witch. Anyhow, I give this movie 2 stars out of 5 and I will definitely not be going to see the third film: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, in 2010.
